Evry, August 26th, 2014 – Global Bioenergies announces a modification of the liquidity contract entrusted to the brokerage firm Gilbert Dupont.
With regards to the liquidity contract entrusted by GLOBAL BIOENERGIES to the brokerage firm Gilbert Dupont, an additional contribution for an amount of € 100,000 has been made on August 25th, 2014. As of June 30th, 2014, date of the half-year report, the financial means relating to the liquidity contract were the following:
3,279 Global Bioenergies shares and
€ 74,887.33.
