Full-year report on the liquidity contract

Evry (France) – 13 January, 2016 – Global Bioenergies (Alternext Paris: ALGBE) presents the full-year report on the liquidity contract entrusted to the brokerage firm Gilbert Dupont. The following assets appeared on the liquidity account as of
31 December 2015:

 - Number of shares: 5,664 shares
– Cash balance of the liquidity contract: €57,694.32


For the record, as of the half-year report on 30 June 2015, the following assets appeared on the liquidity account:

– Number of shares: 4,098 shares
– Cash balance of the liquidity contract: €113,032.29
